The Regional Sales Manager ASEAN will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market coverage, and strengthening relationships with wholesalers and platform partners across ASEAN. This role combines strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on account management to achieve ambitious sales targets.As Regional Sales Manager ASEAN, you will be the driving force behind sales growth in the region - leading account strategies, unlocking new opportunities, and supporting International Key Account Managers (IKAMs) to build strong and profitable customer relationships. You will have full P&L responsibility for your territory and play a pivotal role in bringing new products and initiatives to market.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage regional sales budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Design and roll out incentive programs, sales contests, and recognition schemes to drive motivation and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, product, supply chain, and finance to launch new products and resolve service issues.
  • Implement and monitor sales enablement tools (CRM dashboards, proposal generators, pricing calculators) for operational efficiency.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with key accounts, presenting metrics, growth strategies, and corrective action plans.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships, distribution agreements, or reseller programs to expand market reach.
  • Conduct competitive win/loss analyses and customer satisfaction surveys to strengthen value propositions.
  • Manage trade budgets, sponsorships, and co-op marketing funds, ensuring ROI and brand alignment.
  • Oversee compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Stay ahead of macro-economic, regulatory, and industry trends to adapt territory plans.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, with regional exposure in ASEAN.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing P&L.
  • Strong business development skills, with ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional ASEAN languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
