We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our Talent Experience and Culture team as an intern. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in communications, change management, or talent management to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry. Responsibilities Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications, such as newsletters and updates on company initiatives; Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement events, workshops, and training sessions; Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience; Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent; Contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent development programs and initiatives; Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments and compliance with financial protocols and vendor agreements. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in media, design, Human Resources or a related field; Exceptional content creation skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro etc); Strong interpersonal and communication skills including good command of the English language, with the ability to work effectively in teams; Enthusiasm for clean energy and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
