- Well established Automotive parts manufacturer
- Working location / Factory at Puchong Utama.
- To administrate and enforce warehouse safety & regulations.
- To be responsible to supervise and lead all workers to follow the standard operation procedures provided.
- To administrate, arrange manpower for warehouse operation on a daily basis.
- To ensure warehouse workflows following the SOP's.
- Produce and maintain proper and updated status, inventory and statistics report to HOD's.
- Ensure the space optimization in the warehouse.
- To liaise with HOD's on smooth flow of stock movement.
- Ensure that products are received in good condition and accurate quantity.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (in/out status report, dead stock report etc.)
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management/Superior from time to time
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Warehouse And Inventory Management.
- 5 - 8 year(s) of working experience in warehouse related job role.
- Preferably Senior Executive / Assistant Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Able to work on weekend as necessary
