Job Description We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyors to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will work closely with senior QS professionals and contribute to various stages of project delivery, including cost estimation, tender documentation, and site valuation. Responsibilities Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents. Conduct site measurements and valuations for progress claims. Support in contract administration and variation assessments. Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in taking off, BOQ preparation, and site valuation. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, etc.) is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
