
Human Resource and Admin Executive (Cyberjaya, Selangor)

- Payroll Management: Accurately manage and process monthly payroll using in-house system, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal requirements affecting the HR function, including the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and government statutory regulations
- Performance Management: Administer the annual performance management process, conduct performance and salary reviews, and manage yearly tax audits
- Database Management: Update employee databases in related HR systems such as time management system, HR, and Payroll system
- Claims and Insurance: Manage monthly employee outpatient claims and oversee insurance enrollment and deletion processes
- Policy Updates: Regularly update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure they remain valid and compliant with local statutory requirements
- Coordination: Collaborate with the IT and Finance departments for the enrollment of new joiners and the removal of resigned employees from HR systems.
- Liaison: Maintain effective communication with Malaysian authorities regarding administration and company business requirements as needed.
- Reporting: Provide HR-related reports and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in HR / Payroll roles.
- Organized, result-driven, autonomous, and active personality for problem solving or decision making,
- Capable of initiative, action with minimum supervision or autonomy
