- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring challenges and business goals.
- Influence and guide stakeholders by providing market insights, talent maps, and data-driven recommendations.
- Manage complex situations such as conflicting stakeholder expectations, unrealistic role requirements, or differing reporting needs, driving alignment and consensus.
- Build and deliver weekly/monthly talent acquisition reports, including pipeline metrics, funnel analysis, time-to-hire, and quality of hire.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data to provide insights and advise hiring managers.
- Proactively share market intelligence and hiring trend analysis with management to inform workforce planning.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche, hard-to-fill, or senior-level roles within crypto, web3, and fintech.
- Utilize market mapping, networking, and creative sourcing channels to attract top talent.
- Ensure efficient end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage high-volume and high-complexity hiring demands across multiple business units simultaneously.
- Balance strategic responsibilities with hands-on execution, ensuring timely delivery of hires.
- Streamline administrative recruitment tasks through technology and process optimization.
- Lead and develop a regional TA team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven recruiting.
- Stay ahead of hiring trends in crypto, fintech, and Web3, including talent mobility, compensation benchmarks, and emerging skills.
- Act as an advocate for the organization in the external market, positioning the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Experience: 8-12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/regional role.
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in crypto, Web3, blockchain, or fintech hiring. A personal interest or user of crypto/Web3 platforms is highly advantageous.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to handle senior business leaders, navigate conflicting expectations, and influence decision-making using data and insights.
- Reporting & Analytics: Strong knowledge of recruitment funneling, ATS utilization (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Workday), and building meaningful reports for business impact.
- Sourcing Expertise: Skilled in developing sourcing strategies for hard-to-hire roles, niche markets, and technical talent pools.
- Delivery Capacity: Proven ability to manage multiple headcounts simultaneously while ensuring quality and speed of hiring.
- Team Leadership: Experience leading and developing recruitment teams across multiple geographies.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and drive consensus.
