Penerangan KerjaKelayakanMust Have:- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business, or related field.- Strong passion for the F&B industry and customer service excellence.- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Good to Have:- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.- Experience in F&B, retail, or fast-paced business environments.- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, and English.Tanggungjawab- Support and oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).- Train and assist store managers in effective sales, customer service, and supervisory techniques.- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement across outlets.- Lead and support pre-opening activities, including staff training and operational setup for new outlets.- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and overall efficiency.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in operational standards across all outlets.- Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.- Take initiative to identify operational issues and propose practical solutions.Manfaat
