As a Senior Associate - Business Analyst in the Insurance industry, you will help businesses realize the value they can gain from their IT capabilities - supporting strategy and being a key growth driver. Leverage information management and business intelligence to enhance decision-making in insurance operations.
Analyse and design tailored IT solutions that meet the unique needs of insurance applications.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within insurance workflows.
Play a key role in planning and executing technology initiatives that drive innovation in the insurance sector.
Work with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals in the insurance industry.

Your key responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements to fully understand user needs.
Identify process improvements and create documentation: BRDs, functional specifications, use cases.
Work with IT teams to develop solutions that align with industry standards and meet business needs.
Create test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Act as the main communication link between business units and IT.

Skills and attributes for success

Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management/business analysis, in the insurance industry.
An effective communicator with strong people management skills.
Ability to own and drive issues with the project team.
