- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
- Manage official company communications via email and coordinate across departments.
- Support agents with operational matters including ERP system usage, stamping, training, and inquiries.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new joiners, including registration and ERP demonstrations.
- Coordinate administrative support such as uniform distribution, courier arrangements, and name card printing.
- Handle BOARD (BOVAEP) matters including REN registration, renewal, reassignment, and termination.
- Organize agent certification programs like NCC and RRP.
- Liaise with vendors and freelance designers for supplies, promotional materials, and social media content.
- Prepare official documents including appointment letters, notices, and approvals.
- Manage and execute agency events, including awards, annual dinners, team buildings, and incentive trips.
- Generate and present quarterly agent performance reports.
- Maintain and update the agency handbook to reflect current policies and practices.
