Proactively manage loan portfolio and protect loan quality Key Responsibilities Scope & Complexity Manage & service existing relationships for the assigned corporate loan portfolio of less complexity and smaller in size. Increase depth of relationship and manage customers' needs to achieve an acceptable level of RAROC in line with agreed business plan Develop and acquire new relationships. Timely periodic review of the assigned portfolio. Undertake timely assessment on any relevant adverse market news and/or unsatisfactory account conduct , which may affect the credit profile of the borrowers Leadership Managing the inter-divisional relationships to assist in delivering good customer service. Problem-Solving Delivers excellent service standard and trouble shoots problems & complaints from clients. Interpersonal Skills 'First-to-know' with regards to corporate market development by maintaining regular customer visitation/contacts. Participate in account planning with Client Coverage Team and collaborate with other product partners where appropriate Group Corporate Banking 's liaison officer for the assigned portfolio for all cross-sell contacts and external parties.
