- Present, promote, and sell products/services while ensuring customer needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Service existing customers and actively seek new customers within Motive Power and Energy System segments.
- Willing to travel to assigned territories (Malaysia nationwide)
- Collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and emails efficiently and courteously
- Gather customer feedback and relevant market information, and share insights with internal teams
- Compile and submit weekly sales reports to the Branch Manager/General Manager
- Coordinate with admin and service teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process
