  • Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end leasing function with the objective of maximising occupancy, rental income, and overall asset value.
  • Combines strategic leasing, negotiation, tenant management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a vibrant and profitable mall environment.
  • Identify and secure regional and national strategic retail partners to strengthen the mall's tenant mix.
  • Manage relationships with both new and existing tenants to maintain an engaging and competitive retail environment.
  • Negotiate long-term lease agreements, renewals, and rental structures to maximise occupancy and profitability.
  • Proactively manage and resolve rental arrears and bad debts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth leasing, contracting, and fit-out processes.
  • Evaluate tenant categories and recommend optimal zoning across fashion, lifestyle, F&B, and entertainment segments.
  • Propose re-zoning or space reallocation to enhance customer flow and overall mall experience.
  • Support re-positioning strategies during mall upgrades, renovations, or redevelopment initiatives.
Shape tenant mix and drive mall performance.Gain exposure to strategic leasing and asset enhancement.
  • 4-7 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial property, or shopping mall management.
  • Strong track record in securing reputable brands and managing a diverse tenant portfolio.
  • Proven negotiation skills with experience in lease structuring, renewals, and revenue optimisation.
  • Solid understanding of tenant mix strategy, zoning, and retail market trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with fluency in English and Malay.
