We welcome students from the following academic backgrounds - Supply Chain Management and HR Job Responsibilities 1.Production Material Control (PMC) Extract and compile data from SAP, Manufacturing System, and Warehouse System for reporting. Release Manufacturing Orders (MO) to support production plans. Coordinate with Warehouse team for urgent raw material store-in. Coordinate with Production team for urgent finished goods store-in. Assist PMC team with daily operations and ad hoc tasks. 2.HR (C&B) Assist in tracking probation periods, sending reminders, and updating records Support employee medical insurance enrolment and liaise with providers for updates Help plan and coordinate the annual Gratitude Day event Organize and maintain documentation for performance improvement plans (PIP) Job Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and well-organized Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn Show more Show less
