Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionMain responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end restaurant incubation across APAC (activation to early performance)Define, track and improve key incubation KPIsIdentify execution gaps and implement corrective actions to accelerate vendor ramp-upDesign and scale standardized incubation processes across marketsLead automation of key workflows in partnership with relevant teamsEstablish clear governance and accountability between COE and local market teamsCollaborate cross-functionally to enhance vendor incubation and experiencePilot and scale high-impact initiatives to continuously improve incubation performanceQualifications6–10 years of experience in operations, vendor management or marketplace environments (preferably food delivery or tech platforms)Strong experience in driving execution across multiple markets with a focus on operational scalabilityProven track record in improving performance metrics through structured programs and process optimizationStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across regional and global teamsExperience working with BPOs, COEs or outsourced operations is a strong advantageAbility to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive clarity and accountability
