- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx web parts and extensions)
- Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with on-premise systems such as Microsoft SQL Server
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Lead technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation best practices
- Establish and maintain governance, security, and environment strategies for Power Platform
- Design and implement workflows that support audit processes, including approvals, audit trails, and document control
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members
- Ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint development
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Proven experience developing solutions using SPFx (JavaScript / TypeScript / React)
- Experience with API integrations (REST APIs, Microsoft Graph)
- Experience integrating cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g., SQL Server, data gateway)
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online administration (sites, permissions, content management)
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and solution design skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail, especially in handling structured and sensitive data
- Experience working in audit, finance, or compliance-driven environments
- Understanding of audit workflows, documentation control, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions)
- Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance (DLP policies, environment strategy)
