The candidate will lead a small technical team (3-5 members) focused on configuring a Policy Management System and supporting minor eCommerce integration enhancements across the APAC region. The role emphasizes team mentorship, delivery oversight, and stakeholder coordination, without direct architectural or delivery ownership.Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor engineers and testers.
Coordinate with ANZ Architecture, PMO, and QA teams.
Ensure alignment with centrally defined specifications.
Uphold best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
Support CI/CD integration using Jenkins.
Foster a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

6+ years in a similar role.
Strong Java & Spring Boot expertise.
Jenkins CI/CD experience. API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
AWS deployment familiarity.
SQL and relational database proficiency. GIT version control.
Excellent English communication.
Proven leadership and mentoring.
Cross-cultural collaboration.
Stakeholder engagement and issue escalation.
