The Manager will be responsible for driving day to day delivery of key agency transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes on the ground.1. Transformation Program DeliverySupport and deliver assigned agency transformation initiatives end‑to‑end.Drive progress across multiple workstreams and ensure commitments are delivered on time.2. Execution-Focused Project Management Office (PMO)Manage PMO processes that effectively facilitate informed decisions and prompt actions.Maintain strong governance, cadence, and follow‑up on agreed actions.Identify delivery risks early and proactively escalate and resolve issues.3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with different divisions across the company to support delivery.Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines and interdependencies.4. Data, Tracking & InsightsMonitor delivery progress by evaluating outcome-driven key performance indicators.Analyse data to identify gaps in execution, adoption, or performance.Facilitate ongoing enhancement by identifying successful strategies and areas requiring refinement.5. Driving Adoption & Field ExecutionSupport implementation of initiatives with field leaders and agency teams.Ensure initiatives are embedded into day‑to‑day agency operations.Job Requirements :Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Experience:Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably with exposure within agency.Experience supporting transformation initiatives, strategy execution or business change.Knowledge & Skills:Strong organisational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable engaging stakeholders and escalating issues constructively.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
