- Develop and execute ideas from concept to completion across various mediums, ensuring alignment with the Creative Brief.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements, including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to deliver innovative solutions.
- Incorporate feedback from creative leads to refine and enhance projects.
- Work with other departments to create compelling and imaginative creative solutions for TEAM LEWIS and its clients, including video, digital, design, and innovation projects.
- Lead video projects from storyboarding to production.
- Stay curious about pop culture and social media trends, integrating culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns.
- Assist clients in nurturing and growing their brands and products through creative ideas and innovative solutions.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, providing proactive consultancy to showcase the creative team's capabilities.
- Develop strong relationships with existing agency clients and support new business by demonstrating the creative team's value
- Proactively propose creative campaign ideas to teams and clients.
- Identify and reach out to external brands and existing contacts to build new business leads.
- Work with the Creative Director APAC to monetize and introduce new interactive technology and experimental design into new offerings.
- Play an integral role in the new business process by generating content, preparing presentations, and attending meetings.
- Working closely with junior team members to maximize strengths, improve weaknesses, and support career development.
- Set daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly project objectives.
- Define and position client deliverables with the team.
- Monitor team activity levels against the budget, suggesting changes to individual allocations as needed.
- Provide guidance to colleagues on managing projects and responding to new business requests.
- Maintain high visibility around the office, regularly engaging with account leads.
- Leads and supports creative workshops or training sessions to inspire and upskill team members, fostering a culture of high craft and strategic thinking
- Acts as a strong ambassador of the TEAM LEWIS creative brand—championing our visual identity, standards, and creative excellence internally and externally
- Stays ahead of creative trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor visual strategies to ensure our work remains innovative and competitive
- Upholds and promotes best-in-class visual and creative practices across all client work, internal initiatives, and new business opportunities
- Plays an active role in new business pitches—contributing ideas, creative strategy, and high-quality visual execution to help win and grow accounts
- 8+ years of experience in a creative or art direction role, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-impact work across digital, social, branding, and campaign platforms
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept to execution, with hands-on design and visual craft
- Experience across a range of industries—automotive experience is a strong advantage
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and visual presentation skills; able to present ideas clearly to both internal teams and senior clients
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with emerging tools including AI-based creative platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic sensibility and a passion for storytelling through design
- Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to creative challenges
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to guide junior creatives and manage external partners when needed
