- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supply chain-related role (F&B industry experience is an advantage)
- Proficient in ERP systems (specific systems not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Proven experience in managing 3rd party logistics providers and inventory
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to managing supply chain challenges
- Collaborative team player
- Skills required: Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, Procurement, Vendor Management and Negotiation
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs and stockouts.
- Coordinate and conduct inventory audits; resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate inventory reports to support performance analysis.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and contractual compliance.
- Negotiate and manage contracts in line with company policy.
- Conduct regular cost and supplier performance reviews.
- Coordinate food sampling/tasting sessions and ensure products meet quality assurance requirements.
- Manage supplier onboarding and purchase order issuance via ERP system.
- Maintain accurate supplier and product master data in the ERP system.
- Manage 3rd party logistics providers to ensure accurate and timely store deliveries.
- Coordinate incoming shipments and import licences.
- Resolve delivery challenges and implement service improvements.
- Oversee annual inventory counts with logistics providers to ensure accuracy.
- Analyse historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to plan replenishment needs.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall supply chain performance.
- Track and assess the sustainability of implemented improvements.
- Ensure adherence to customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
- Maintain complete and accurate import/export documentation for traceability and compliance.
