Languages Required: English, Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is advantage)
Need to communicate with mandarin speaker candidates
Minimum 1.5 years' experience in recruitment /headhunter
Experience in hiring interns to senior level position
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Able to start immediately will be a huge plus

TanggungjawabWhat you'll do:

Find Mandarin-speaking candidates using job sites, social media, referrals, and other methods.
Check resumes and applications to make sure they match the job requirements.
Write simple and clear job ads to attract the right people.
Use social media to search for and connect with candidates.
Reach your weekly target for finding candidates.
Contact candidates through email or WhatsApp, and make sure they are interested before applying.
