Legal Advisor

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in providing legal advice and support, preferably experience working in both law firm and in-house environments.
• Strong knowledge of labour and employment laws, industrial relations practices, and workplace compliance.
• Ability to provide practical solutions balancing legal risk with business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the company on a wide range of legal issues, including employment laws, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia and other relevant jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures, to protect the company's interests and minimize legal risks.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation, in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement legal training programs for employees to promote legal awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
• Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's business operations and provide proactive advice on how to adapt to these changes.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and other advisors as needed to obtain specialized legal expertise and support.
