- Engage with a minimum of 8 customers daily at various construction sites to build strong relationships and provide on-the-ground support.
- Conduct at least one impactful product demonstration each day to showcase solutions and drive customer value
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service
- Participate in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to the overall growth of the business
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and Hilti's product and service offerings
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in mechanical/electrical/ civil engineering, MBA or post-graduate degree is a plus
- At least 2-3 years prior experience in sales
- Able to carry themselves professionally to build relationships at different levels – C-suite and operations level executives, as well as with internal stakeholders
- Must be passionate and able to demonstrate high interest building a career in a construction industry
- Demonstrated strong sense of achievement in their line of work
- Has a basic understanding and skills to interpret financial statements
- Comfortable working independently and proactive in reaching out when in need of support
