Studio Operations Executive The Studio Operations Executive is responsible for delivering a superior studio experience to The Flow Studio clients. Ownership of the customer experience includes control and management of the physical and virtual environment of the studio, the quality of delivery of classroom instruction and communication with clients. Our Studio Operations Executive oversees the day-to-day operations of the studio, as well as a team of Desk Staff. The ability to effectively lead a team is a must, along with being highly organised and having a passion for offering high quality customer service. This is a rewarding job where multi-tasking and prioritisation of work are key. Essential Job Duties Client Relationship Development Exemplify excellent customer care and assume a leadership role in providing a superior customer journey from start to finish - both online and in studio. Assume ownership in ensuring that the physical studio environment meets The Flow Studio standards. Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, environment and functionality of all studio spaces. Maintain an appropriate level of studio supplies so that all provisions and amenities are available for all clients and staff at all times. Maintain a high level of customer communication through personal interaction with clients. Follows up with new students to support them in practice development. Revenue Growth and Profitability Plan and execute class schedules that appeal to the local market and result in optimum attendance and yoga/pilates revenue. Collaborate with management to plan and execute strategies that continuously bring new students into the studio. Subject matter expert on systems & product/package knowledge. Train front desk staff to inspire optimum client purchases. Proactively manages multiple class schedules and front desk schedules to ensures optimum attendance and controlling of costs. Personnel Development Train and develop studio front desk staff to the highest standards. Ensures front desk are scheduled and staffed accordingly. Operations / Administrative Opening and closing of studio. Greeting and checking in clients as they come into practice. Manages the day-to-day operations of the studio (physical and virtual) including ad-hoc event supervision. Ensures expenses are kept well in control and efficiencies in operations and systems are derived wherever possible. Complete required reporting to assist corporate office in maintaining complete and proper financial records. Such reporting includes, but is not limited to daily settlement + weekly reconciliation and end of month inventory count. Maintain all schedules, accounts, and information in the online system. Ensure accurate and complete client records, financial data, and retail inventory. Review daily studio shift report and rectify any maintenance issues. Ensuring the studio rooms and common areas are kept in a clean, sanitized, neat and tidy manner in between classes and ensuring the general studio areas are always immaculate. Oversees studio maintenance (proactively and as issues arise). Replenishes inventory items in studio. Be knowledgeable about our products/programs with the ability to provide accurate recommendations & promote sales to clients. Review and respond incoming sales form, emails or messages submitted by clients. Responding to clients' enquiries including studio phone messages and client and corporate emails during working hours. Managing client account enquiries. Actively assist students by recommending appropriate classes to meet their personal goals and schedules, answering their questions (or finding the answers to questions if not known), always offering support and guidance. Completing all paperwork/forms as appropriate on a weekly basis. Resolve Customer Service issues per training documents, procedures and studio FAQ. Adhere to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures. All tasks as deemed appropriate. Show more Show less
