- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 1 years of experience in an invoicing or administrative role.
- Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Internet savvy
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Handle clients' inquiries and provide assistance
- Maintain detailed records of all invoicing activities
- Support operations and admin activities
- EPF/ SOCSO
- Medical claim included
- Annual and Medical Leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
- Year-end bonus subject to company result
- Company trip subject to company result
