Fresh graduate are welcome.
Candidate able to travel & possess GDL / D license will be an advantage.
Prefer candidate to speak Mandarin + English for internal communication and customer purposes.

Tanggungjawab

Assist internal stakeholders in handling ad hoc problem solving / checking / audit.
Perform lorry, equipment and onsite hygiene and cleanliness, & maintenance check.
Oversee operational-related matters.
Stock check of inventory ingoing/outgoing company products.
Perform audit on deliveries to clients.
Managing documentations relating to products, machineries, & lorries.
Handling customer enquiries, feedback and problem solving (involving expansion).
Ability in handling & managing phone calls, including making necessary arrangements (24/7).
Report all accidents and injuries, regardless of severity
Perform other operational duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management
Handling all government officer and visitors' enquiries
Assisting in carrying out, preparing and maintaining the quality assurance program for documentation and audit process.
