Location: Knight Frank Malaysia HQ, Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley Kuala LumpurJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Assistant Manager / Executive to join our Land & Industrial Solutions team. The role involves supporting the end-to-end real estate transaction process, focusing on land and industrial assets including factories, logistics warehouses, and development lands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and grow within one of the most established property consultancies in Malaysia.Key Responsibilities:Support the team in sourcing, marketing, and executing sale and lease transactions for land and industrial properties.Conduct site inspections, prepare market research reports, and assist with pricing strategies.Maintain and update listings, property databases, and client records.Liaise with property owners, developers, investors, and corporate occupiers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Prepare proposal documents, tenancy agreements, marketing materials, and presentation decks.Assist in preparing financial analysis, market comparables, and feasibility studies.Provide timely updates to clients on market trends, available properties, and transaction progress.Support the team in client pitches, networking activities, and cross-departmental collaboration.Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulations.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate / Property Management or related field.Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, especially industrial and land sectors, is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); previous experience in property valuation will be an added advantage.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Self-driven, team player, and result-oriented with high level of professionalism.Ability to travel and conduct site visits when required.Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
