The Key Account Manager (KAM) will play a pivotal role in managing and developing key accounts within the semiconductor industry. The position requires a strategic focus on building strong client relationships and driving sales growth in Penang.
  • Manage and expand key semiconductor customer accounts, developing deep, long‑term partnerships.
  • Engage multi‑level stakeholders to strengthen account penetration and influence technical decisions.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities across expansions, new fabs, facility upgrades, and automation projects.
  • Position integrated solutions that address semiconductor production needs, from cleanroom operations to energy efficiency and advanced facility systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to deliver customised, high‑value solutions.
  • Provide insights on semiconductor trends, technology transitions, and sustainability initiatives.

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales or key account management within semiconductors, electronics, or a related high‑tech sector.

  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear commercial value.
  • Proven success managing key accounts and delivering growth in a technically complex industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and interest in semiconductor industry developments.
