With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch's Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics' fab in Dresden, Germany. Trigger technicians/engineers in the event of non-conformities are found.
Perform conversion inspection check according to the work instruction.
Participate in change over meeting with MST team.
Perform 6S for individual workstation.
Carry out production check list for every shift.
Participate in Production Suggestion System (PSS).
Compulsory to understand and follow ESD procedure.
Check required poka-yoke and give information to technicians/engineers.
In case of deviation, press red or yellow button (Andon System).

Qualifications

At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in production environment
A minimum of SPM qualification is a must
Able to work as a team with good teamwork and maintain a healthy working environment
Able to communicate in cross functional way
Able to contribute the new idea for floor improvement
Knowledge in BPS tools, Poka-Yoke & Standardized work is an added advantage
