Warehouse Manager

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure smooth workflow and productivity by assigning tasks, setting priorities, monitoring progress, compiling data, and submitting reports in a timely manner.
• Oversee the receipt, inspection and storage of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse transactions.
• Monitor operational costs and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance the efficiency of the operations.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and maintain cold room temperatures, ensuring they meet industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements
• To walk the warehouse, ensure regular housekeeping, and keep the warehouse clean.
• Achieve warehouse objectives and KPIs set by the customer and management.
• To perform other duties mandated by the superior.

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Plan and execute inventory counts or audits to ensure accurate stock records.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock levels, stock movements, and forecasting.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock losses, damages, or obsolescence.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize space utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination and order fulfilment.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and technology advancements to enhance warehouse operations.
• To read and understand warehouse procedures, train staff, ensure compliance, and update warehouse procedures whenever warehouse processes change.
• Ensure a proper and efficient filling system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval

• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, management, and other stakeholders to clearly understand goals, objectives, and expectations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to disseminate information, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
• Train and develop warehouse staff on best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular meetings with the operation team, encourage two-way communication, review operation matters, share thoughts, resolve issues if any, motivate and maintain a harmonious working environment.

• Degree / Diploma in Logistics management and other related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics principles.
• 5 years of related experience in FMCG.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese.
• Good team leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in coordinating and operating skills.
• Possesses decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in warehousing.
