Job Description :
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) search engines (SEO/SEM) and email marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales for our gems and jewellery products.
  • Manage and optimize all e-commerce operations, including website content updates, product listings, pricing strategies and online promotions to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
  • Plan, implement and analyze marketing campaigns, including content creation (visuals, videos, copywriting) and performance tracking, to achieve specific marketing objectives and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and customer preferences within the gems and jewellery industry, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all online and offline touchpoints, and developing strategies to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, providing marketing support for new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing regular performance analysis and recommendations for optimization to senior management.
Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically within the e-commerce or retails sector, preferably in gems/jewelleryDemonstrable expertise in managing and optimizing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive brand engagement and sales.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in content marketing, including strategy development, creation and distribution of engaging content relevant to the jewellery industry.
  • Proficiency in campaign management, from conceptualization and execution to performance analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with market research to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive landscapes within the jewellery market.
  • Proven ability to contribute to and execute brand management strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and image across all online channels.
  • ​Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective communication with local and international audiences.
