
Senior Architect

- Lead and supervise architectural design and project delivery, ensuring excellence and integration of sustainable design principles.
- Collaborate on large multi-disciplinary projects, maintaining compliance with regulations and ensuring design intent is reflected in technical documentation.
- Mentor and train junior and mid-level staff, supporting their development and contributing to team growth.
- Work with leaders to set design direction, manage commercial outcomes, and uphold rigorous quality reviews.
- Build strong relationships across Arup's infrastructure, buildings, and consulting teams to pursue new opportunities.
- Holds a recognised Master's degree in Architecture and preferably be a Registered Architect with LAM in Malaysia.
- Has over ten years' experience in leading design practices with a strong focus on design and delivery.
- Understands the connection between design intent and detailing through to construction.
