They reflect Konecranes as a company for key stakeholders.We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive - Industrial Equipment (IE) Process Support. The ideal candidate will bring good expertise in our corporate processes and understands our business well. In this role, you will be responsible for development, implementation and supporting IE end to end processes and tools within region.Your key responsibilities:

Act as an excellence champion for IE end to end process in APAC
Strive for commercial and operational excellence through a systematic, continuous improvement culture, based on data analytics and driven by KPA/ KPIs.
Ensures effective utilization of Sales CRM, Configurator and SAP Processes
Ensures process consistency through training, guidance, reviews, deep dives, best practice sharing.
Working in collaboration with APAC and Global Configurator, SAP & Siebel teams
Testing and implementation of the new process features and tools through IT releases; support country key users in organizing new feature deployments
Close networking with country stakeholders to define the business improvement ideas and with IT to translate these ideas into 1KC system and process developments
Liaise with global teams (Tools, Products, Processes) and obtain up-to date process information, technical solutions and other relevant information to resolve process related issues.
Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard

QualificationsCompetencies and skills, we expect for this role:

Analytical mindset, good collaboration skills and a strong drive to achieve results.
Experience with sales systems and processes
Organized and efficient Time Management Skills
Good understanding of comapny processes (offer to order execution)
Be a change agent and improvement driver for equipment offer to delivery process
