The OpportunityThis position works out of our Imazium Damansara location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM). As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.What You’ll DoPerform product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories.Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve Sales Plan, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories.Formulate Sales Plan, Revenue tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territories.Manage consignment stocks in assigned territories.Provide technical service and support and patient follow-up to external customers.Provide training to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers and team members.Obtain market Intelligence such as competitor product, pricing, marketing programs etc.Understand local government healthcare policy and market trends.Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance to Abbott's requirements.Assist in clinical research, when necessary.Other Functions & Responsibilities:Serve as back-up for other team membersTo be on call for emergency/follow-ups cases during weekends or after office hoursHandle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical Asia’s and Abbott Medical Singapore’s policy and requirementExecute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical SingaporeEnsure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Singapore are executedQualificationsMinimum Diploma in Biomedical Science.Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related field.Preferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospital.Candidates without related qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.Some sales experience is preferred.The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY: Sales ForceDIVISION: CRM Cardiac Rhythm ManagementLOCATION: Malaysia
