Senior Staff Technician Technology Support GaN

- Act as technology technician and link between development engineering group and wafer fab operations to jointly develop a new GaN technology in Kulim wafer fab.
- Perform experiment including wafer handling, wafer split preparation, wafer processing and lot movement and logistic.
- Work and support technology development group for analysis for PFA/FA submission, microscope inspections, inline measurements and further development analysis and activities.
- Profound experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Willing to learn and develop within a new technology development group for GaN technology.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
