- Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability
- Oversee full set of accounts, including timely closing and balance sheet reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities on financial matters
- Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Manage cash flow, banking, and treasury functions
- Collaborate with department heads to control costs and improve margins
- Drive process improvements and oversee financial systems
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Monitor food and beverage cost and identify wastage trends
- Work closely with operations on inventory, stock movement, and variance analysis
- Review stock take results and investigate discrepancies
- Implement and enforce cost control measures and SOPs
- Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA) is required.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in handling full set of accounts and multi-outlet operations is preferred
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
