At least 1 year of experience in a company secretary role or secretarial firm. Proficient in preparing resolutions and SSM documents, and well-versed in the SSM system. Knowledgeable in handling director changes, shareholding matters, and new company registrations. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Detail-oriented, responsible, and professional in client communications.
