Penerangan KerjaKelayakanMinimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales, business development, or marketing. Experience in the property, legal, or financial services industry is a HUGE advantage.Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is a strong plus.A natural networker with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Digitally savvy, with experience in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and lead generation tools.Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Possess own transport and willing to travel for meetings within the Klang Valley.TanggungjawabBusiness Development: To generate new business development opportunities, influence the public perceptions and maintain a positive brand reputation to support the overall growth and success of the firmClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners, including real estate agencies, property developers, financial institutions, and past clients.Marketing Strategy: To work together with the lawyers and staff members to develop the vision and execute marketing strategies require to promote the firm's services and expertise and to secure new business opportunitiesLead Generation & Conversion: Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact to closing, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our legal consultants.Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.Brand Advocacy: Optimize the firm's website for lead generation and user experience.Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure a smooth handover of clients and to stay updated on service offerings.Manfaat
