Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing bar area
Engage warmly with guests and support a welcoming atmosphere
Assist with daily operations including stock management, product packaging, and display
Educate customers on our tea offerings and encourage product sales
Participate in regular training sessions and tea tastings to deepen knowledge and skill
