Provide support and coordination to ensure seamlessly execution of strategic task through orchestration with both external stakeholders and internal teams, while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and quality of service / products are delivered that are reflectively of the leadership of highest standards. Assist and support to plan and orchestrate the strategic projects that are originates from the executive office, while ensuring optimum quality, timeliness and confidentiality are sustained. Coordinate and drive teams within the organisation to ensure timely reporting and interventions are taken to mitigate challenges that are arising from the portfolio and purview of the stakeholders. Provide documentation support and tactfully articulate the messages that are transpired during the strategic meetings and provide support to monitor the dissemination and completion of the action items from various parties. Plan and drive the completion of task from various stakeholders (internal / external) through monitoring of progress made on the task items that have been assigned. Prepare strategic presentation / communications to the various stakeholders to ensure impactful messages are communicated, buy-in is obtained through the communication and effectively engages the targeted audiences. Support the executive leadership with support and compliance to related administrative internal processes that for the organisation units that are involved. Develop organisational awareness and familiarise with business operations, in order to be able to brain storm and actively contribute towards businesses that are managed by the executive leadership. Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and equivalent. 7 - 8 years of working experience in the relevant field.
