- Lead the development of product roadmap and category strategy for home appliances portfolio.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Define product positioning, key selling points (USP), and value propositions aligned with brand strategy.
- Drive end-to-end product launch planning and execution across multiple channels.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies including launch timelines, messaging, and channel planning.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and factory teams to ensure alignment on product specifications, positioning, and demand forecasting.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to develop effective pricing strategies.
- Lead margin planning, promotional strategies, and product bundling initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Partner with sales, retail, and dealer networks to execute impactful promotions and campaigns.
- Oversee the development of high-quality marketing collaterals including product catalogues, brochures, spec sheets, and digital assets.
- Work closely with creative agencies and designers to deliver compelling and consistent brand communication.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and support strategic messaging.
- Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-through performance to drive data-driven decisions.
- Manage full product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out, including optimization strategies.
- Recommend pricing adjustments, promotional activities, and inventory strategies to enhance product performance.
- Lead coordination across marketing, sales, supply chain, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Manage marketing assets, demo units, and campaign-related inventory efficiently.
- Lead and support marketing events, product showcases, and brand activation initiatives to strengthen market presence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2~5 years of relevant experience in marketing or product management, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven experience in product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in developing marketing materials and managing agencies is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
