- Executes assigned responsibilities to support successful ORA processes and the OPERATE phase of the R&M OGP, with an unwavering commitment to Goal Zero—no harm to people and no loss of containment.
- Provides technical leadership within the Rotating Equipment discipline, delivering TA3 stewardship, assurance, and governance across operations, maintenance, PM/CM execution, and improvement initiatives, including PSC commitments, MOC, minor CAPEX, and DDA.
- Contributes as a core member of the Rotating Natural Team, applying engineering expertise, operational experience, and SEAM processes to deliver SMEP rotating performance objectives, including CPBM, PTM, RAM modelling, RBA, HBA, and related assurance activities.
- Ensures discipline engineering and assurance deliverables meet SK ESAMP requirements and enterprise standards. Supports budgeting and planning through business case development and manages contracts required for delivery.
- Drives continuous improvement in rotating equipment inspection and maintenance practices and manages contractor performance related to rotating equipment activities.
- Develops and coaches rotating equipment technicians, contractors, trainees, graduates, and experienced engineers, supporting capability building and succession planning.
- Leads value‑adding technical analysis, studies, and troubleshooting, manages technical risks and opportunities, and plays a key role in HSSE assurance. Supports day‑to‑day surveillance and troubleshooting of critical rotating equipment, including pumps, turbines, compressors, gearboxes, and diesel engines.
- With experience in Rotating Equipment engineering, including hands‑on involvement in installation, operation, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement.
- Experience working in Oil & Gas assets or operating plants, with exposure to operational, maintenance, and reliability processes.
- Champion or strong practitioner of rotating equipment condition monitoring, with hands‑on or working knowledge of industry tools and systems such as Bently Nevada System 1 or equivalent condition monitoring platforms.
