- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Set and track sales targets, developing strategies to achieve growth
- Prepare sales records, reports, and forecasts for management review
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in sales, business, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in automotive or power tools industries
- Strong background in aftersales support within automotive workshops is highly preferred
- Excellent planning, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and business development
