- Closely interact and coordinate with internal stakeholders in Operations and Underwriting located in various regions and markets globally, as well as with external stakeholders such as clients, brokers, service provider
- Process and administer correct reflection of client inquiries in our systems and handle contract/policy documents administration throughout their entire lifecycle (issuance, amendments, cancellation, invoicing)
- Support the underwriting and renewal processes in analysis, development, and evaluation of documents, such as underwriting files, master risk agreements and preparing policies or cover notes as draft
- Collaborate globally with other team members and our service provider to ensure best client service to our credit clients and brokers
- Analyze and identify premium and fee discrepancies and determine appropriate measures

- You have obtained first experience in area with financial intuitions or corporates credit products, preferably in an international bank, broker and or insurance company
- Previous experience in client facing servicing role, preferably in finance environment
- Completed commercial education preferably banking specialist or bachelor studies in economics or associates degree or job experience equivalent
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Trade Finance and/or intl. Guarantee business
- Familiar with KYC, AML procedures and sanctions, commercial and company law
- Proficiency in English language, reading, written and verbal, is a must (B2 or higher)
- Demonstrate good digital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office. SWIFT knowledge for documentary business is a plus.
- Demonstrate proficiency in intermediate level math, administrative and clerical procedures including handling files and records, general economic and accounting principles, and processes for providing customer service
- Experience with Credit Insurance business, including Bank Trade Finance, Trade Credit Insurance, Commodity Finance and Political Risk Insurance lines
- English is a must and other foreign languages is a plus.
