IT Executive

• Minimum two (2) years experience in IT operation support.
• Candidate must possess at least degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related technical qualifications.
• Preferably with PMP, PRINCE2 Certified skills..
• Preferably to those who have hands-on experience with computer, server, network, security, and data center management.
• Have experiences to support standard office application like MS Office, CCTV system, backup system, file server and etc...
• Must possess own transportation as travelling may be required.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Self-motivated, able to work under minimal supervision and able to work within project timeline or ensure timely completion of task assigned.

• Focuses to deliver goal-based projects on-time, in-scope and on-budget with high quality output.
• Ensure and develop implementable project plan and budget based on business case for approval.
• Engage and manage various stakeholders, internal and external project resource within matrix environment.
• Manage external vendors and the technical teams to ensure the project is on track in terms of quality, delivery milestones and costs.
• Drive standardized project governance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Be a positive change agent.
• Plan and manage IT support for business operations (server, network, security, data center).
• Plan and manage all IT purchasing and scheduled billing for IT Department.
• Plan and manage CCTV system for offices and retail outlets.
• Plan and manage IT incident management to ensure the system resume to normal state during breakdown and disaster,
• Plan and manage IT equipment scheduled maintenance.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned or when required by the management.
