Responsible for leading all aspects of the end-to-end planning and execution of New Product Introduction activities across global manufacturing and supply chain operations. Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to track progress and resolve conflicts. Ensure clear documentation of processes, decisions and lessons learned. Analyze post-launch performance and refine NPI process for future projects. Implement best practices in NPI planning and execution, including digital tools (ERP, PLM and Manufacturing Execution System) Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field (MBA/MS preferred)! Minimum 8 years in NPI, supply chain planning, or operations management in semi-conductor is a plus. Proficiency in ERP/MRP system, project management tools and data analytics. Soft Skills: Strong leadership. communication, and stakeholder management abilities. APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma a plus
