- Drive mission-critical Quality Improvement Initiatives across Contract Manufacturer (CM) manufacturing sites, with an unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of product quality.
- Engage in high-level strategic collaboration with CM teams to meticulously formulate and refine process control plans, leveraging advanced Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies to mitigate potential risks and enhance overall quality assurance.
- Lead critical containment efforts and conduct rigorous root cause analysis when quality excursions occur, working in close coordination with CM teams to implement robust corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Oversee and ensure CM readiness for new production manufacturing, orchestrating the successful execution of production qualification through comprehensive planning and stringent validation protocols.
- Exercise authoritative governance over process change management in CM manufacturing sites, ensuring all modifications strictly adhere to established protocols and maintain the utmost integrity of quality standards.
- Conduct thorough and uncompromising audits for new CM qualification, adhering rigorously to our Quality System Assessment (QSA) and Quality Process Assessment (QPA) protocols.
- Actively participate in supplier quarterly business reviews (Quality), employing a stringent scorecard methodology to evaluate performance and drive relentless continuous improvement.
- Maintain vigilant oversight to ensure precise customer cut-in for any process or product changes, and manage the proper disposition of affected inventory with utmost diligence.
- Provide authoritative support during customer audits at CM sites, representing the company's interests with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
- Exercise decisive management over the disposition of non-conforming material at CM sites through the Material Review Board (MRB) process.
- Lead the strategic initiative to establish a comprehensive end-to-end traceability system at CM sites, ensuring full visibility and accountability throughout the supply chain.
- Define and rigorously align quality goals with CM, setting exacting standards and holding all parties accountable for their achievement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Science is mandatory with minimum 5 years of working experiences in quality field.
- In-depth knowledge of Semiconductor, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), and mechanical assembly process control is required.
- Extensive hands-on experience with shopfloor system control is crucial.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), 8D Methodology, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) is imperative.
- Highly developed analytical mindset and superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, professional, and impactful interpersonal interactions.
