- Create sales orders (SO) on time according to deadlines, and promptly highlight any risks or fulfillment issues.
- Ensure timely clearing of accounts and discrepancy claims to support end-to-end completion of goods status.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently across functions and within the team to support a sustainable backup system. Submit reports on time (if required).
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in processing sales orders using the SAP system.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge is required.
