Facility Assistant, Scommerce (Bukit Raja, Klang)

• Warehouse Operations Support
• Assist in daily warehouse operations including movement of goods, storage arrangements, and space management.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

• Operate forklift (FL) safely and in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Perform equipment checks and report any malfunctions or safety issues.

• Conduct minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting (e.g., lighting, power outlets, extension cords).
• Support external technicians during major repairs or installations.

• Handle simple plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing taps or fittings.
• Escalate and assist in larger plumbing issues.

• Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance work across the facility.
• Quickly assess and resolve operational issues affecting facility functionality.

• Refill and maintain adequate stock of facility supplies, tools, and spare parts.
• Assist in inventory tracking, recording, and stock count activities.

• Carry out physical tasks including lifting, transporting materials, and setting up equipment or fixtures.
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and stored properly.

• Be willing to work overtime, weekends, or after-hours for urgent tasks, facility repairs, or special projects.

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in specialized in courier service/logistics/warehousing background
• A good team player and able to lead a team independently
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good coordination and organizational skill
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
• Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang
• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)
