Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of Airbnb properties, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
Perform basic repairs, such as changing light bulbs and fixing small furniture.
Inspect the cleanliness of the property before and after guest check-ins and supervise the quality of work done by cleaning staff.
Purchase daily consumables and repair tools as needed.
