About the Role Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Analyst to oversee the Business -As-Usual (BAU) support and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. Lead BAU support Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for BAU support related to Power Platform solutions. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Analyze and resolve technical issues , identify root causes and implement enhancements to optimize existing Power Platform solutions. Manage support ticket queues , prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution within SLAs. Governance & Best Practices : Ensure compliance with security , governance, and change management policies across all Power Platform applications. Team leadership & Documentations: Provide guidance to junior analysts, maintain support documentation and champion knowledge sharing across the team.
